OBJECTIVE: To develop the UI design for Christian Womens Job Corps website with a quick turnaround.
BACKGROUND: Since 2005, the Ellis County-based Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) has impacted hundreds of lives in North Texas, offering tuition-free job skills training, interpersonal development, career readiness support, and fostering confidence and self-worth in women from diverse backgrounds. Their 12-week programs, available in day or evening sessions, include computer skills, resume writing, financial management, communication skills, mentorship, Bible study, and compassionate support. CWJC, a nonprofit ministry, operates as part of a larger network of over 160 sites across the U.S. and internationally, supported by fundraising events and volunteers committed to empowering women through holistic training and spiritual guidance.
PROCESS: Working collaboratively with a project manager, art director, and web developer, we meticulously crafted a website for CWJC that resonated with their mission and goals. The project manager ensured clear communication and deadlines were met, while the art director provided a visually appealing design that aligned with CWJC's compassionate and professional image. The web developer implemented functional features like easy navigation, success story showcases, and donation capabilities. Together, our team delivered a website that not only met but exceeded the client's expectations, showcasing their programs effectively and enhancing their ability to connect with participants, donors, and volunteers.
